How does Elogs help?

Elogs is a cloud-based CAFM and branded service desk. Used across 22,000+ properties, we’re instructed by the world’s largest managing agents, property owners and PLCs in the property and asset management sector.

The Service Desk sets Elogs apart from other CAFM solutions. The Service Desk Team act as an extension of your business; logging the jobs raised by FMs, dispatching to your service providers and tracking their progress from initial attendance to completion. The Service Desk also monitors the integrity of data entered onto the system, proactively chasing Service Providers for regular updates. Elogs job status is 100% accurate, 24/7.

You set your standards

By integrating Elogs and Prosure360 you can collate detailed information on Service Providers. You can set key standards you want your supply chain to work to. Standards may include Health & Safety standard SSIP, our Pre-Qualification standard, insurance levels, levels of financial risk or even making sure your supply chain has read and agreed to your key documents.

You may want your on-site contractors to have SSIP in place, along with a variety of different insurances and you may mandate our Prosure360 Pre-Qualified Assessment. In Prosure360, you’ll see a traffic light report of your Service Providers to show if they meet your standards or not, or even if they’re about to expire.

With our unique integration, the same traffic lights are available within Elogs, so you can see whether a Service Provider is meeting your exact requirements. This additional safety shows you real-time information on meeting standards before allocating any work.

And for Service Providers, by joining Prosure360 and engaging, you can upload key data e.g.
insurances and undertake the most suitable assessments. You’re more likely to be spotted by new clients, and more likely to win new work
